All of the categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include cookies that are necessary for the site to function, cookies used for analytics (Google Analytics), and cookies used to measure the performance of our advertising (Google Ads conversion tracking). We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work. We also honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where our systems receive them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate — website hosting, form and CRM software, email and text messaging platforms, scheduling tools, payment processing, and analytics. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Subcontractors and trade partners. When your project requires it, we share the details necessary for excavation, plumbing, electrical, decking, or landscaping crews to complete the work.
- Advertising and analytics partners. We share limited website usage data with Google for analytics and advertising measurement. Depending on how these tools are configured, some jurisdictions treat this activity as “targeted advertising” or a “sale” of personal data. See Section 8 for how to opt out.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.
As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this section and are never shared with third parties.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to serve you, to maintain project and warranty records, and to meet our legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Records tied to a completed pool build are generally retained for the length of the applicable warranty and record-keeping period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and bot protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as government ID numbers or full financial account numbers through our website forms or by text message.
